DELIVERY TIME

When shopping in our web-shop, standard delivery time is 3-7 work days after your order has been packed and is ready for dispatch. You will be sent an email confirming the delivery details when your order is dispatched from our warehouse. If you haven't received this email within 3 working days, please contact our customer service team.

RETURNS

Unopened/unused products can be returned for a full refund. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs. Return cost is to be paid by the customer unless the reason for return is under warranty.
